    TRM FLEX was founded by Rhys Morris, an experienced event and operations professional with over a decade working at the sharp end of live events, corporate experiences, and high-pressure venues across the UK.

    Through this work, he saw first-hand how broken event operations had become: fragmented suppliers, unreliable staffing platforms, unclear pricing, and no way to prove whether an event actually delivered results.

    TRM FLEX was built to fix that.

    Rhys designed TRM FLEX as an integrated event operations system — one that manages the entire event lifecycle, from workforce and suppliers to finances and KPIs, in a single platform. Every feature has been shaped by real operational experience.
