Why this exists.
The events industry modernised its front of house: marketing, ticketing, CRM. The operational middle, where events actually get delivered, stayed manual. Briefs lost at the sales-to-ops handover. Budgets in spreadsheets nobody trusts. Delivery run on a WhatsApp thread.
We spent years running events inside that chaos, and built the system we always needed: one connected workspace where an enquiry becomes a brief, the brief becomes an event, and the event ends in a board report, with staffing, suppliers and money controlled at every step.
TRM Flex is a layer that connects your CRM, PMS, marketing and accounting stack. It does not replace them. It runs the part they never covered.
