    Workforce Marketplace

    Hourly rates per role

    Transparent per-role pricing displayed when creating shifts. London Living Wage (£13.15/hr) enforced. You only pay for approved hours.

    Supplier Marketplace

    Professional & Enterprise
    7.5% commission

    On confirmed booking value (ex VAT). Applies only to marketplace-sourced suppliers. Optional supplier subscription: £39/month.

    Public API

    Professional & Enterprise
    Included

    Programmatic access to events, finance, and webhooks. Professional: read-only. Enterprise: read + write. Essential: no API access.

    Additional Team Seats

    Professional & Enterprise
    £175/mo or £1,750/yr

    Add team members beyond your plan's included allowance. Seats are additional to your own account: Professional includes 1, Enterprise includes 3. Essential is a single-operator plan.

    Self-Employed Model

    Workers are self-employed contractors. No PAYE, no NI. Workers manage their own tax obligations.

    Pre-Funded Wallet

    Shifts cannot be posted without sufficient wallet balance. When you create a shift, TRM Flex reserves the estimated cost. Once hours are approved, the actual cost is reconciled and any unused funds remain in your wallet.
