Final pricing is confirmed after a short demo, once we understand your event volume, team size and modules. Active events are concurrent: completing or archiving an event frees the slot.

Every rate published, every cost visible before you commit. TRM Flex charges for what it delivers: verified people, one visible rate on one invoice, and delivery data you keep.
The standard rate card.
All rates ex VAT, displayed when creating shifts. The London Living Wage (£13.15/hr) is the mandatory floor. Workers are self-employed contractors: no PAYE, no NI, and they manage their own tax obligations.

Invoices are calculated from approved hours only, with the estimated total shown before any shift is published.

Shifts cannot be posted without sufficient wallet balance. The estimated cost is reserved when you create a shift, and reconciled to actual approved hours afterwards. Unused funds stay in your wallet.
