How do I create an account?

TRM Flex offers three portals: the Client Portal for businesses booking staff and managing events, the Worker Portal for self-employed contractors managing their shifts and earnings, and the Admin Portal for platform operations.

Am I employed by TRM Flex?

No. All workers on TRM Flex are self-employed contractors. TRM Flex does not employ workers, does not operate PAYE, and does not deduct tax or National Insurance. You are responsible for your own tax, NI and insurance.

How do I get paid?

After completing a shift and your timesheet is approved, an invoice is generated. Payments are processed according to the payment cycle outlined in your agreement. You can track all earnings and invoices in your Worker Portal.

Available shifts are posted in your Worker Portal. You can browse open shifts, review details like location, role, and rate, then apply directly. You will be notified when your application is accepted.

Through your Client Portal, you can create events, define shift requirements (roles, times, locations), and publish them to the workforce marketplace. Workers will apply and you can review and confirm assignments.

TRM Flex uses a wallet-based system. You top up your wallet and shift costs are reserved when staff are assigned. After shifts are completed and approved, final charges are deducted. Detailed invoices are available in your portal.
