TRM FLEX is built on secure, auditable foundations. Every transaction, every action, every record is protected and traceable.
Data Security & Isolation
TRM FLEX implements row-level security across all data tables. This means each user can only access data they are authorised to see. Clients cannot view other clients' data. Workers cannot access other workers' personal information.
There is no cross-tenant visibility. Administrative access is role-restricted and logged. All database queries are enforced at the infrastructure level, not just the application layer.
Administrative Controls
Administrative access is strictly role-based. Operations staff have the minimum permissions necessary to perform their duties. All administrative actions are logged with timestamps and user identifiers.
Elevated privileges are restricted and require explicit authorisation. There is no broad administrative access that bypasses security controls.
Financial Integrity
All financial calculations are performed server-side. Pay rates and client charges are locked at the point of shift creation and cannot be retrospectively altered.
Once hours are approved and a shift is included in a pay run, the values are immutable. Full audit trails record every financial transaction, approval, and status change.
Compliance Model
TRM FLEX operates a compliant self-employment model for all workers.
Self-Employed Workers
All workers on TRM FLEX are self-employed contractors, not employees. TRM FLEX does not operate PAYE payroll. Workers are responsible for their own tax affairs.
Right-to-Work Verification
Every worker must provide valid right-to-work documentation before they can be assigned to shifts. Documents are reviewed by TRM operations staff.
Identity Verification
All workers undergo identity verification including photo ID matching and date of birth confirmation. Profiles are locked once verified.
Production-Ready Platform
TRM FLEX is a live production platform serving clients and workers across the United Kingdom. The platform has been built with enterprise requirements in mind from the outset.
All processes are designed to be auditable. Financial records, administrative actions, worker verifications, and shift data are maintained with full traceability.
