Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 24 April 2026
1. Our commitment
TRM Flex Limited is committed to making the TRM Flex website and platform usable by as many people as possible. We aim to design and build with accessibility in mind, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to meet our duties under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments.
2. Conformance status
This website is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have built the platform with accessible patterns — including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, ARIA labelling on interactive components, sufficient colour contrast in our published design tokens, and responsive layout — but a full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed. We will not claim full conformance until that audit has been done and any issues remediated.
3. What works well today
- Pages can be navigated by keyboard using standard tab order.
- Interactive components are built on the Radix UI primitives library, which provides accessible behaviour for menus, dialogs, popovers and form controls.
- Form inputs have visible labels and associated descriptive text.
- Headings are structured (one H1 per page, logical H2/H3 nesting) to support screen readers.
- Images that convey information have alternative text; decorative images are marked as such.
- The site is responsive and usable down to mobile screen widths.
- Self-hosted fonts avoid third-party tracking and improve load reliability.
4. Known limitations
The following are known accessibility limitations that we are working to improve:
- Some complex data tables (e.g. financial dashboards) have not yet been tested with assistive technology end-to-end.
- Some operational PDFs (event briefs, reports) are generated dynamically and may not yet meet PDF/UA. Alternative HTML or plain-text versions can be requested.
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g. payment provider checkout, scheduling widgets) is controlled by the third party and may not match the rest of the site.
- Live colour-contrast checks across every theme variant (including dark mode) are ongoing.
5. Reasonable adjustments
If you need information from this site in a different format (large print, plain-text email, structured Word document, etc.) please contact us. We aim to provide alternative formats within 10 business days.
6. Reporting an accessibility issue
If you find anything that is hard to use, please tell us. Contact hello@trmflex.com with subject prefix [Accessibility] and include:
- the page URL;
- the assistive technology, browser and device you are using if relevant;
- a description of what went wrong and what you were trying to do.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
7. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
8. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 24 April 2026 based on a self-assessment carried out by TRM Flex. It will be reviewed at least every 12 months, and after any material change to the site, and updated when an independent audit is completed.
